  • FREE - on all UK mainland address (excludes Highlands)

Timings:-

  • The majority of orders are despatched and delivered within 2-3 days. Preferred day of delivery can arranged. Please provide any delivery restrictions or instructions during your order.
  •  Shipping information and tracking details will be emailed prior to delivery. 

Method:-

  • We work with specialist carriers to handle the majority of our deliveries. They are the largest carrier of bathroom products in the UK.
  • We are very motivated to ensuring that every product arrives in perfect condition every time.

Returns & Replacements

Please thoroughly inspect all goods before signing to accept in good condition.

If in the unlikely event your new item is faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery.

If we accidentally damage goods in the course of the delivery then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods.

We will undertake to either repair or replace the goods as soon as we possibly can.

Any damaged goods to be returned, must be adequately wrapped and any delivery and return costs will be met by us. We will offer you a replacement or refund, (Refunds can take up to 15 days to process).

Items that are not faulty or damaged but are unwanted please notify us within 7 days of taking delivery. The return of these goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Please be aware that due to the nature of all vacuum packed products, if opened, they are non-refundable except in the instance of a manufacturing fault.

Ordering

How can I Order?

It's so easy to order that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case.

To add items to your basket:

  1. Find the item you wish to order.
  2. Choose the colour/size option from the drop-down menu on the right hand side of the item picture (if applicable). Once you’re happy you’ve selected the right option click the ‘Add To Basket’ button.
  3. You will be then taken to your Basket. If you have any gift vouchers or promotional codes please enter these in to the Gift Voucher box on the right of the screen. For more information about gift and promotional vouchers. You can now continue to checkout or keep browsing and adding more items to your Basket.

Remember:

You can check the contents of your Basket and the total cost at any given time by clicking on the ‘View full basket’ link at the top right of the page.

Postage costs will be shown on the Basket page in the ‘Delivery’ box. It will also include additional shipping information for your delivery destination. 

You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time whilst on the basket page. If amending the quantity remember to press ‘Update’.
